This is a fairly surprising name for this color as Old Holland Yellow Deep is almost like a deep warm ivory or light tan with a tiny bit of blush in it. It should be noted that it is very distinct from the other kinds of Yellow Deeps in Old Holland’s line, which are actually what someone might think of as yellow. This color is closest to two other ivories in Old Holland’s line: Old Holland Yellow Medium and Brilliant Yellow Light. Of these three ivories, Old Holland Yellow Deep is slightly deeper in value than the others with more of a hint of blush, though this is subtle.
