Schmincke Norma’s Sap Green is a blend of pigments which create a warm, middle green, suitable for foliage. It is closer to middle green than the olive tones of Sennelier or Old Holland, and a more similar shade would be Williamsburg’s Sap Green. The Schmincke Norma Sap Green is a bit higher in value in the masstone than Williamsburg’s. The Norma Sap Green is not a strong tinter. The paint retains a fair amount of chroma in tints with Titanium White.
