Old Holland offers two varieties of this pigment. So far this version differs in hue from most other Manganese Violets. The Old Holland Manganese Violet Reddish is warmer (redder) in hue than Manganese Violet Blueness, as well as redder than most other varieties of Manganese Violet on the market. If you are familiar with Williamsburg’s Manganese Violet or Michael Harding’s variety, this Old Holland Manganese Violet Reddish is redder than either of these two.
