(Series: 4) .” Here is our best guess at the equivalent in Italian. This is from the Italian portion of the site: “ LACCA DI GARANZA. Composizione chimica: PO5 + PR146 + PBK7. (Gruppo: 4).”

While this color is called Lacca Di Garanza, it is different than the Lacca Rubio / Lacca Di Garanza that is mentioned on Zecchi’s historical list. If you are looking for the historical product or the dye, these have different Zecchi item numbers (see Zecchi item 2200E in either Lista Pigmenti Antichi or the Colari Vegetali sections of their site).
