Naphthol Carmine FBB
Naphthol Red AS is one of several colors with the same name but different pigment codes. According to some older sources, this pigment has a lightfastness about on par with genuine Alizarin Crimson (ASTM III). Somewhere between decent and fugitive, this pigment is not recommended. Additionally, in Monona Rossol's research it states that when this pigment is metabolized, a derivative of PR146 may create a carcinogen, so please consult her writing.
