A bright Napthol that is close to their Cadmium Red Medium in masstone though not an exact match. It makes glorious tints but you’ll want to check for lightfastness. The consistency is a little slick and not stiff as some other Gamblin colors. A chromatic, punchy red.
The color temperature is listed as Warm.
