Around 2023 there was a note on the Gamblin site with a notice that the Reclaimed Set had previously been recalled. At the time, the notice about the recall was found on their contact page, and not the general page which describes the paint and the project. Apparently, one of the colors was having issues with the tube exploding. It appears the problem has been rectified, however this is something that one might wish to be aware of if using older or pre-owned tubes of these colors. Brown Ocher (Reclaimed) was recalled.
