It appears the manufacturer did not list the pigment(s) for this paint.
It appears genuine Cerulean Blue is no longer offered in the Winton line. This color may have been discontinued along with other more expensive pigments that used to be offered in the Winton grade. There is currently a Cerulean Hue in Winton, which of course is not real Cerulean. This review is about the discontinued product. We offer this review in case someone is looking at buying some on the used paint market. In short one would be advised to seek genuine ceruleans elsewhere. This color had very little covering power, and in general was an extremely thinly pigmented color. This was more of a gel-paste with only a little bit of pigment. The paint separated readily into chunks. Poor paint cohesion happens in certain brands, however in the one brand where we’ve seen this there are other benefits to the colors such as unique hue. We feel every paint has its use so this could be one to try if wishing for a thin transparent paste with just a bit of pigment.
