
It appears the manufacturer did not list the pigment(s) for this paint.
Winton Cobalt Blue used to be an option for lower cost cobalt, however it seems to have been discontinued. In our experience, the paint behavior was surprising— slow drying and with a sort of leathery quality. The slow drying time made one wonder how much cobalt was actually in this paint formulation. They seem to only be offering this paint as a Hue— i.e., not genuine Cobalt.
