Yellow Ochre natural

As always, if a certain spec matters, double-check with the manufacturer before purchasing.
Perhaps the loveliest thing about this yellow ochre is its hue. It is golden, lemony (in the way that ochres are lemony), and chromatic. This color has a spring to the way it handles and is fun to move with a palette knife. This description is subjective but it has a touch of a filmy or even a touch of a soapy quality which texturally is not exactly a bad thing, though it may be a kind of filler. This color has an impasto quality and forms stiff, thin peaks that stay elevated when pulled up with a palette knife.
From a previous description, "Yellow Ochre has been used in art-making since earliest history. Yellow Ochre is a muted earthy yellow brown with good hiding power and a muted tint.“ -Gamblin Oils.
