Williamsburg’s Cadmium Red Light is a high chroma, unique hue among premium brands. This color provides a bridge between most brands’ Cadmium Red Lights and Cadmium Oranges. Williamsburg produces two special hues in this area— Williamsburg Cadmium Red Vermillion, which is slightly redder, and Williamsburg Cadmium Red Light, which is oranger. Williamsburg Cadmium Red Light is oranger than most Cadmium Red Lights and its exact hue is a staple on our palettes. This hue is a bit redder than Old Holland Cadmium Orange. A high chroma hue that is hard to find anywhere else with great tinting strength.
