Paint List Review

This variety of Phthalo Green is unusually yellow-leaning for the pigment PG7, which often has a bit bluer undertone. This color happens to be a weak tinter, which may be good news for some if handling Phthalo Green is a struggle due to the pigment’s generally high tinting strength in other brands. In comparison with several premium brands, this color is much weaker tinter, however it was about two times the strength of Blick Studio. The masstone of Lukas Studio Viridian (Phthalo) is not very deep, so it is unable to reach the depths of other Phthalo Greens.
