Gentle Tinter

A tint of Old Holland Cerulean Blue Light. One of the things that makes PB35 so special is the way it handles in tints. While Phthalo Blue overpowers, Cerulean Blue is much more chilled out in mixes.

A color that is associated with heaven, this gorgeous blue is super durable.
