This is Old Holland Cerulean Blue Light.

This genuine Cerulean Blue Light by Old Holland is like the Rolls Royce of ceruleans. While many companies may offer a PB35 cerulean along with other ceruleans and teals, Old Holland is one of the only paintmakers that offer two versions of genuine Cerulean Blue (PB35). While they are quite similar colors, both are excellent. We wish every paint brand offered a high quality PB35.

The consistency of the Old Holland version is dense, stiff and compact.

We recently published a whole article on genuine cerulean, PB35. Phthalos are intense, but cerulean is a lot friendlier. In regard to Old Holland's take on PB35, this color and its counterpart, their regular Cerulean Blue, are both subtle stunners.
