This is a rarely mentioned pigment. It is hard to find much information about it outside of the Artist’s Handbook by Pip Seymour and the Harvard Museum’s pigment collection. The pigment in the Harvard Museum is described as a 'semi-permanent ink' from the F. Weber Company, 1941. The Weber sample may be PG1, though whether all paints labeled Alizarin Green are PG1 is hard to say.
